Getting Technical Support
Xequte provides technical support to registered
users. This support includes help on any technical or functional
problems you may experience with Smart
Pix Manager.
Questions from those
evaluating software will be addressed if they relate to evaluation problems
or bugs.
You should first check the troubleshooting FAQ this can be accessed
under the Help menu of Smart
Pix Manager
If this doesn't shed
any light then send a message to support via our
support page:

In the message enter:
- Your
name
- Registration
name
- Version of Smart
Pix Manager
- Version
of Windows
- Description
of problem, including:
- What
happens, what symptoms occur, what error message comes up?
- When
it happens, e.g. after you have viewed a large file, every time you run.
- What
mode you are in; Folders, Favorites, etc.
- Where
it happens, e.g. in the options dialog.
- Any
methods you are currently using to work around the problem
- Any programs that you are running at the same
time as Smart Pix Manager, i.e. check your
start-up folder and list anything that appears, also check your system
tray, do you have antivirus or other software programs running. Does
closing any of these programs cure the problem?
- If
the problem relates to printing, what printer are you using and what driver?
- If
it relates to other hardware issues, please describe the relevant hardware
and respective drivers.
- Any
other background information that may be relevant.
